Work Acceptance Certification Criteria


Suppliers who wish to obtain Work Acceptance Certificate must comply with the following criteria:
  1. Work must be delivered correctly and completely in accordance with terms and conditions stated in the work contract, and receiving committee has already accepted the work.
  2. The delivery of work in No.1 must not be delayed or supplier must not be fined due to its incompetence to follow contractual terms and conditions.
  3. Supplier must submit its request to obtain Work Acceptance Certificate within 1 year after the receiving committee has accepted the work.
  4. Work Acceptance Certificate is issued by PTT Procurement Units and the issuance is traceable.
