Visiting Policies

  1. Visiting hours are between 9.30 – 16.00 hrs on weekdays.
  2. Group Visit for minimum of 30 people and maximum of 180 people.
  3. Visiting Hours    
    - Morning Schedule: 9.30 -11.30 hrs.
    - Afternoon schedule: 13.30 – 15.30 hrs.
  4. Visiting Reservation
    4.1  Reservation must be made at least 1 month prior to the visit (process can take up to 15 days).
    4.2 Please submit the letter of request Attention to Vice President, Corporate Communication and Branding Department, including the detail listed bellows:
          4.2.1 Name of the organization as well as list and titles of visitors.
          4.2.2 Contact of coordinator
          4.2.3 Objective of the visit
          4.2.4 Specify the topic (1 topic per visit) presentation as follows:
      • PTT’s business overview
      • KPI/ BSC or BCM /Performance management/SEPA
      • Risk Management
      • Enterprise Management
      • Human Resource Management
      • Knowledge Management (KM)
      • Quality Management
      • Information Systems and Technology
  5. In case that there are several organizations request for the visit on the same date and time, PTT will arrange the appointment to the organization who has reserved first.
  6. The request for a visit will be completed by a written confirmation from PTT only. (PTT has the right to change Schedule date and time.)
  7. Changing the visiting Schedule must be informed at least 3 days in advance, otherwise the original schedule will be held.
