PTT manages employee complaints using multiple grievance mechanisms with respect to confidentiality, and human rights. This is to provide alternative communication channels for employees in placing their complaints regarding employee dissatisfactions or concerns. Once the grievance has been addressed, the Engagement & Relations Division, as grievance center, acts as a reconciliatory. PTT also support the movement of trade union to take collective action in protecting and promoting employee’s common interests and in improving their employment condition. Both mechanisms offer an opportunity for involved parties in settling the problem(s) before it become serious issue(s).
