PTT established "3Dee 20No : How to Arrive Home Safely" campaign and launched TVC " Hopeless" during Songkran holiday to create awareness on road safety.
Mr. Wittawat Svasti-Xuto, Senior Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management and Project Engineering, PTT Public Company Limited, joined Thanon Kondee (Road Safety) grand opening at Nong Nooch Tradition Center, Sattahip, Chonburi Province along with venerable Ekachai Siriyano, a head master of Wat Mai Sri Rom Yen, Mr. Anotai Ritpanyawong, Director of National Reform Steering Assembly Society Section, and Mr. Pakkaratorn Teainchai, Governor of Chonburi Province.
Mr. Wittawat said that PTT, as a national energy company, was a leading representative of private sector to drive a civil project for society, particularly on road safety by joining "Thanon Kondee," which reminded people to be cautioned over safety while travelling on the road through PTT Gas Station and Cafe Amazon. This is the best way to connect and have a contact directly with people throughout Thailand. PTT also created "3Dee 20No : How to Arrive Home Safely." This campaign showed 20 typical reasons that cause accidents on the road, and a TVC called "Hopeless" that tried to build safety awareness for all the drivers. The TVC was about young boy who died because of the car accident due to the lack of concentrate and concern of the driver.
Moreover, safety has always been the important issue on the policy of PTT, not only for the employees but also for business partners, customers and all Thai people. We create and provide safety programs such as Defensive Driving Training, Group Logistics Zero Accident Project and Transportation Control Center (TCC) to monitor the behaviors of truck drivers for 24 hours. We also have a special set up during Thai long holiday, PTT Engine Tune Up to provide the best care and car check up in 138 PTT Gas Stations throughout the country. PTT hopes to deliver happiness to all Thai people during the festive holiday.
