Suppliers who wish to obtain Work Acceptance Certificate must comply with the following criteria:
- Work must be delivered correctly and completely in accordance with terms and conditions stated in the work contract, and receiving committee has already accepted the work.
- The delivery of work in No.1 must not be delayed or supplier must not be fined due to its incompetence to follow contractual terms and conditions.
- Supplier must submit its request to obtain Work Acceptance Certificate within 1 year after the receiving committee has accepted the work.
- Work Acceptance Certificate is issued by PTT Procurement Units and the issuance is traceable.
