| PTT has procured natural gas from various sellers under 15 agreements-most of which or 10 agreements are natural gas from both onshore and offshore fields in Thailand and the remaining two agreements are from Yadana and Yetagun Fields in Myanmar. |

| Natural Gas Distribution |

The cost structure of natural gas distribution is composed of well-head prices and pipeline tariffs. The cost structure is under the National Energy Policy Council (NEPC) and the Institute of Community based Health Care Research and Development’s controls.
1. Well-head prices are summation of average natural gas prices PTT purchased from suppliers, supply compensation, and distribution cost.
2. Pipeline tariffs are composed of demand charges and a commodity charge.

Rayong Offshore 8.5899 Baht/ Million BTU
Kanom Offshore 14.2177 Baht/ Million BTU
Onshore 12.0654 Baht/ Million BTU
(To be paid with Rayong offshore’s demand charge)
- The commodity charge is 1.1575 Baht/ Million BTU.
