PTT Compliance

It was in 2017 that PTT established the Compliance Department under the Office of the General Counsel. Compliance Department is charged with overseeing personnel's and units' exercise of strict compliance with laws, regulations, rules, directives, and announcements issued by entities inside and outside PTT, and overseeing legislative work dealing with the conduct of businesses, investment, state enterprise laws, listed-company laws, energy business laws, and laws applicable to PTT's overall business for proper and lawful conduct. In addition, it is charged with promoting the compliance culture by organizing ongoing training, mentoring, and publicizing data on applicable legislation, and communicating guidelines on behavior and job performance conforming to laws and regulations through assorted communication channels, including Email, training, E-learning, and promotional compliance activities. Compliance Department strives to enhance PTT personnel's mastery of key applicable legislation for proper task execution with adherence to compliance to ensure that PTT's business proceeds uninterrupted by legislative and compliance risks. To this end, a Compliance Policy and a Compliance Framework have been rolled out for the Board, management, and employees to observe.
