PTT- NSTDA- Khon Kaen University Empower Food Industry to Improve Agricultural Products as Trendy Foods of the Future

Mr. Wittawat Svasti-xuto, Chief Technology and Engineering Officer, PTT Public Company Limited 

(PTT) (3-L) presided over the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement for Cooperation on the Study and Development of Functional Foods & Drinks Business Opportunity between PTT, National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) by Technology Development Center and Khon Kaen University. Signatories included Dr. Buranin Rattanasombat, Senior Executive Vice President, Downstream Business Group Alignment (3-R), Dr. Thitapha Smitanont, NSTDA Executive Director, Technology Management Center (2-L), Asst. Prof. Dr. Akkharawit Kanjana-opas, Assistant Vice President, NSTDA Food Innopolis (left), Prof. Dr. Thidarat Boonmas, Vice President for Innovation and Enterprise, Khon Kaen University (2-R) and Prof. Jintanaporn Attanathorn, Director of Research Institute for Human Performance Development and Health Promotion at Khon Kaen University (right).  The cooperation aims at developing business opportunities to innovate safe and quality healthy food and beverages throughout the process - from upstream until downstream, as well as promoting local wisdom and creating added value for agricultural products and promoting the country to become a sustainable innovation hub.
