PTT Wins Integrity Award from NACC Two Years in a Row

   Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) disclosed that the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has announced the results of the 9th Integrity Awards 2019. For the second consecutive year, PTT was awarded the Integrity Award which demonstrates its commitment to manage the organization with good governance, transparency, accountability and concern for society and environment. This will be a significant foundation of its ceaseless effort to be the pride of Thai people. 

  "As this is a prestigious and high-value award, I would like to thank the Board of Directors, all employees who are committed and standing firm to make our organization a transparency one which can be audited and does not tolerate any form of corruption. Throughout the years, PTT adheres to good corporate governance principles, ethical standards, code of conduct and sustainability management framework for PTT group to continuously develop and enhance corporate governance. Doing so will create fairness and confidence for all stakeholders and develop sustainable growth. In the PTT Group, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, has also received the Integrity Award, which reflects PTT Group's commitment to management through a mechanism that is effective, transparent and fair,” Mr. Chansin said.  

  The Integrity Awards has been organized for nine consecutive years with four criteria categories: conducting the mission with responsibility; adherence to legal standards; respect for human rights and compliance with international ethics guidelines; and adherence to transparent management having a transparent procurement system against corruption and giving or accepting bribes.
