Q : Is an official letter requesting a visit required together with the list of visitors every time?

Yes. These are needed for PTT’s internal processing.
Q : After the request for a visit is made, how long is the waiting time for the reply?
A :
PTT will respond to the request within 15 days from the date the request gets through the system.
Q : On the day of the visit, can visitors arrive in their personal cars?
A :
Since there is limited parking space on the Head Office compound, we suggest that visitors
come in a van or a bus, for which parking space will be reserved.

To fully observe PTT’s No-Gift Policy, we ask visitors not to prepare any gift for our
