Complaint & Whistleblowing Policy

PTT expects all personnel to monitor the compliance with PTT's corporate governance, ethical standards and code of Business Ethics, and encourages all personnel to raise any questions and concerns they may have regarding these policies. In addition, personnel can report any misconduct or non-compliance, or send their enquiry to Good Governance and Corporate Ethics Department, the Office of Corporate Audit or Human Resource Services Department.

PTT promises that every enquiry will be treated fairly, transparently and with due care, and fair judgment will be provided in a timely manner. Whistleblowers will be kept confidential and safeguarded both during and after the investigation.
