AC type charger for electric vehicle has been invented, researched, and developed under the IEC6 1851 standard by PTT Innovation Institute. It can be installed in individual residences, parking lots, and public charging stations and can be used with PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) and BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle). It provides the electric power through a Type 2 power head supporting 7-22 kW power.
